Northern Dream Land
This is literally a hidden Gem, period. This place is straight out of a movie or fictional novel and would leave people to linger on. It is in a remote forest with a lake in front of it, a quiet and private place. The house was hand-made with wood from Southern Finland. It has all the modern equipment with stylish decorations. Although remote, it has all the essentials we need during our stay. You can see Auroras right in front of the house; they look astonishing. The host, Niila, was incredible; he was super helpful throughout our stay and took us to the fishing spot via snowmobile to catch some fish on the frozen lake. I wish we had more time to stay in this unique place, and we will definitely visit again when we have the chance.
And finally, we are very honored to be one of the first guests to visit Villa Nangu!
Here are some tips if you want to visit this wonderful place:
1: Rent 4×4 vehicles. The road is quite steep and slippery to the house
2: During the winter period(especially January), bring warm clothes and gear. No amount of clothing is too much
3: Bring some photography equipment because this place is really worth shooting, especially with the auroras.
